This is where Wild Root comes to life, a menu inspired by our ferments range, built around peak-season produce and crafted to let vegetables lead with confidence. Expect bold flavours, vibrant colour, and dishes designed for sharing, alongside natural cocktails and a relaxed, garden-led atmosphere.

Each plate is a balance of fresh and fermented, bright, punchy, and deeply satisfying, celebrating the craft, care, and creativity behind every jar.
