Delivery Information

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, to all four nations. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location.

UK delivery is free on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a standard shipping charge of £6.99 applies.

Your order will be sent using a tracked courier service, and you'll receive your tracking details once it has been dispatched. As our products are fresh and perishable, we pack and ship them carefully to keep them in the best possible condition in transit.

Please note: during their time out of the fridge, our ferments can become a little lively as fermentation naturally kicks back in. This is completely normal. If anything has leaked, simply give the jar a quick rinse and return it to the fridge as soon as possible after it arrives.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can put it right.

Get in touch within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hello@wildroot.kitchen or calling 01704 562002, and please include photographs of the affected product(s). Do not open your products if you're reporting external damage.

Returns and Refunds

As our products are perishable goods, they cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

We're unable to offer refunds or replacements where ferments haven't been stored or cared for in line with those instructions.
