Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 banana
250ml coconut milk (or plant-based milk of choice)
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp plant-based yoghurt of choice (we used coconut yoghurt)
1 scoop of plant-based protein powder (optional)
Method:

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Pour into a tall glass of your choice and garnish with whatever you like! We recommend a couple of blueberries, a drizzle of peanut butter or even some edible flowers!
