Super Seed Everyday Granola (refined sugar free)

Super Seed Everyday Granola
makes approx 830g / large jar

Ingredients:
850g oats / GF oats
80g pumpkin seeds
80g sunflower seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
80g coconut flakes
1 tsp ground cinnamon
125ml maple syrup
4 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

  2. Line a large baking tray with baking paper

  3. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine



     4.Pour the mixture onto the line baking tray and pop into the oven

     5. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Make sure to stir the granola every 10 minutes           to make sure that the edges do not burn

     6. Once golden brown, remove from the oven and allow to cool

   7. Load into a large jar or tuck in straight away! Great in granola bowls, as toppings to           banana bread or pancakes.
